Craig Leviton | Managing Partner

Craig has over 20 years’ experience in public affairs and corporate communications and has advised a wide range of clients from global firms to leading UK PLCs. Craig first worked in Parliament as an adviser between 1993 and 1996. In 1998 he joined LLM Communications, a new public affairs consultancy which grew to become one of the largest public affairs consultancies in the UK.

Craig became Managing Director in 2003 and two years later oversaw the sale of LLM to Financial Dynamics. He then became the Managing Director of the Financial Dynamics Public Affairs practice.

In 2007 Craig was appointed Director of Corporate Affairs at the Gala Coral Group, one of the largest private companies in the UK. Craig sat on the Executive Committee and was responsible for the Group’s communications, Government Relations and CSR strategy.

At the end of 2009, Craig set up Heathcroft Communications, a public affairs and communications consultancy. Craig sold Heathcroft to Teneo in February 2013. In September 2015, Craig left Teneo and jointly established Oakhill Communications.

Lee Petar | Managing Partner

Lee has 20 years’ experience advising foreign Governments, FTSE 100 corporations, high net worth individuals and industry wide campaigns on political management, crisis communications, reputation management and strategic communications.

Lee has a reputation for advising on subjects that require a complex and multi-disciplinary approach. He started his career at LSA, before working at BSMG and Weber Shandwick. In 2001, he was the founding director of a newly created political and media organisation dealing with high stakes, high profile issues. He joined Good Relations in 2005. He co-founded Tetra Strategy in 2007 and over the next 8 years helped build the company into one of the best known agencies in the UK. Lee led some of the agency’s most complex work including its international work advising Governments and high profile individuals and advising industry across sectors at a senior level. In September 2015, Lee jointly established Oakhill Communications.

Glyn Gaskarth | Associate Director

Glyn has over the last 12 years worked for a number of leading think tanks such as Policy Exchange, Civitas and the TaxPayers’ Alliance. He has written publications and articles on a wide range of issues including UK/EU relations, crime and justice, labour market reform, energy and taxation policy. He has previously served as a former special adviser for the Conservative Party on Home Affairs and as an aide to 2 Conservative MPs.

Prior to joining Oakhill Communications Glyn worked with a diverse range of clients including business representative groups, charities, and an S&P 500 firm. He also worked as Head of Crime and Justice at Policy Exchange where he managed the units research output and advocated on behalf of it on national TV, radio and press. He has regularly spoken at high profile events. Glyn joined Oakhill Communications in June 2017 as an Account Director.

Victoria Morgan | Associate Director

Victoria has 10 years’ experience in public affairs, corporate communications and media relations. She has been responsible for delivering national and global public affairs strategies for FTSE 100 corporations, not-for-profit organisations, national charities and trade bodies.

Prior to joining Oakhill Communications, Victoria worked with a diverse range of clients including leading companies and organisations in the pharmaceutical, financial services, gambling and education sectors. She also worked as a Regional Communications Manager at The Jockey Club, helping to deliver some of the highest-profile sporting events in the UK.  In addition, Victoria has sat on a number of committees including the CIPR’s Public Affairs Committee, the British Horseracing Authority’s Diversity in Racing Steering Group and the Women In Public Affairs Committee. Victoria began her career working for a Conservative MP in Parliament following a stint as a horse racing journalist.

Olivia Gordon | Account Manager

Olivia graduated from the University of Birmingham in June 2016, with a BA in History and Political Science. She joined Oakhill Communications in October 2016, She has previously undertaken several internships across the sector, including at a leading US based public affairs company, one of the UKs best known independent consultancies, a leading single issue campaign group, as well as the Department of Health.

During her spare time at University she along with a friend set up their own political commentating website, which aimed to highlight issues that were underreported in the main stream media. As well as this, she wrote for her university newspaper ‘Redbrick’ and the political commentating website ‘Backbench’; she also spent some time being an editor of the website ‘just debate’.

Alex Reeves | Account Manager

Alex graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2014 with a MA in Politics & Law. He joined Oakhill Communications in January 2018, after spending just under three years at the Industry and Parliament Trust (IPT). There, Alex was responsible for the IPT’s Fellowship programme which provides MPs and Peers with a unique insight into business and industry working across a number of sectors from energy, defence and health to finance, the arts and manufacturing.

Previous to working at the IPT, Alex worked at Conservative Campaign Headquarters as the Co-ordinator for Team 2015 where he was responsible for working with campaign managers across all the 40/40 seats at the 2015 General Election. He also has previously worked for an MP in the House of Commons.

Joe Holden | Account Executive

Joe graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2019 with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy. He joined Oakhill Communications in October 2019 with a strong academic background in politics. Joe has undertaken internships at reputable companies across a range of sectors, including in the technology, investment banking and public relations sectors.
